Our Story
Founded in 2022, Women of Global Mobility was created to help women across the global mobility industry connect, grow, and lead. We understand the demands women face, both inside and outside the workplace, and the value of having a trusted community that understands their experiences.

Through practical resources, mentorship, shared learning, and professional development, WoGM helps women strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and pursue their goals with confidence. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment grounded in authenticity, respect, and equal opportunity.
Today, our community of more than 5,000 women is helping shape a more equitable future for the industry, one where women are heard, valued, and supported in every stage of their personal and professional journeys.
